Welcome! I'm Lauren, owner of Visions for the Art of Hair.

From the moment a client walks into my salon, I want her to feel welcome, special and appreciated.

With more than 30 years in the business, I take pride in creating an individual style that works for each of my clients. How? Together, we talk through what you, the client, wants, what I envision and what we both know will be just right for you!

My goal is for your hair to look good from the minute you leave until the day you come back. I never double book, and take great care in recommending the right product that will keep your hair healthy for all those in-between days!

I am a true local girl – born and raised right here in Bloomingdale. I am married with two grown children and twograndchildren.

In my free time, I love to network with local business owners, volunteer at my church, spend time with my family or just go to lunch with my girlfriends.

Hello! My name is Heather. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist. I’ve been living my dream for 15 years, creating ways to help my clients look and feel beautiful.

I’m easy going and I truly listen before suggesting a plan of action. My clients marvel at how I remember little conversational details that have made a difference in how their hair turns out.

Working with Lauren has ignited my passion for hair even more. Her creativity and warm, loving salon environment keep our clients coming back over and over again.

I am married and have four beautiful kids. My faith keeps me grounded. My family keeps me busy! I love the outdoors and spend my free time at local forest preserves enjoying nature walks.

Hi I'm Samara, I specialize in beauty treatments for superior nail health and care in the salon and at home. I use cruelty-free and vegan products to achieve this goal. Therefore, all the products are not tested on animals and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. 

I do classic manicures, non-chip manicures, nail designs, paraffin wax teatments, spa pedicures, deluxe pedicures, and much more. 

I am a true professional in my craft, something I take great pride in. With extensive knowledge and experience in providing superior customer service, I work tirelessly to ensure that every client in my care feels totally pampered. I guarantee it!

I have been in the Nail Industry for 19 years. My experience working in high end salons and having co-owned a nail salon has given me extensive knowledge and experience in providing superior customer service. I work to ensure that every client in my care feels totally pampered — I guarantee it! 

I continue to evolve and educate myself -- not only in my area of expertise but I love nutrition and other areas in overall wellness.

My services include sugar scrubs, masks, paraffin and essential oils. Every one of the products I use are free of the Big 5 chemicals, vegan friendly and anti-cruelty.

LED lamps are used as a healthier alternative in the drying process for the non chip manicure.

Upon seeing the rush-rush culture of most salons and not allowing enough time to address clients’ needs, I wanted to fill that gap and bring a special attention to detail — knowing that no single approach works for everyone. 

I have committed to No Drills, No Hard Buffing or Filing and bringing the best quality products to clients to support nail health and provide an overall amazing experience!
